DJ-04 Antistatic Ionizer

Model DJ-04 Antistatic Ionizer
Price $1,667.40
Description N/A Designed for analytical balances featuring weighing pan Ø85 and Ø100 mm Compatible with: AS X2 PLUS, AS R2 PLUS, XA 5Y, XA 5Y.A and AX 5Y.F Analytical Balances Manufactured in stainless steel.

Applicable for determination of:
  • Solids (by measuring small samples and weighing on the pan)
  • Liquids (with application of glass plunger with determined volume)
N/A The anti-vibration table has been designed to eliminate ground vibrations during the operation of laboratory equipment such as microbalances, analytical balances and others. It consists of two separate constructions: the outer, designed to isolate the working part, and the inner. The working part includes a table and granite stone separated by a vibration damper. The table features a stone top, located at the center of the table, and adjustable leveling feet with protective rubber tips, facilitating table leveling on uneven surfaces. The structure and the table top are made of acid resistant stainless steel. N/A SAL/STONE/C Anti-Vibration table (mild steel construction) Anti-vibration weighing table for high precision measurements. N/A SAL/STONE/H Anti-Vibration Table Anti-Vibration Table - Model SAL/STONE/H (stainless steel construction) N/A Antistatic ionizer is used to remove overflow of mainly plus ions from the load and elements of a balance and the environment. Electric charges of the air are neutralized by the ionizer enabling a quasi-balance of plus and minus ions.

Unbalance of plus and minus ions in the air frequently cause unwanted electrical influences (attrition or repulsion) of elements which are in small distance to each other. It is a usual phenomenon for no-conducting materials (i.e., plastic, glass). As some balance elements are made of plastic and glass, this problem can considerably affect their operation and measurement results. The influence of electrostatics appears in the form of multiplied repeatability error or as multiplied repeatability error of indications.
